Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
