Pursuant to provision under the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed to the SEBI Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours from declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025.
