This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday February 05 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2025 as recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company and Approved/declared 1st Interim Dividend @ 5% on face value i.e. Rs 0.50 /- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each on 908564850 equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 and has fixed Friday February 13 2026 as Record Date for the purpose of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26.
