Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board has fixed Friday February 24 2023 as the RECORD DATE for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or before March 16 2023.The meeting of the Board was commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 1:00 P.M.You are requested to take the aforesaid information on your record.
