Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company by way of a Circular Resolution passed on Saturday 23rd August 2025 at 9:07 P.M. IST have approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Batra (DIN: 00020764) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. 25th August 2025 upto 24th August 2030 (both days inclusive) subject to approval of Members of the Company.
