The Company vide its earlier letter dated 31st March 2025 had informed about the partial invocation of the Surety Bond by NHAI against the bid security. Subsequently the Company filed a writ petition before the Honble High Court of Delhi challenging the said partial invocation of the bid security by NHAI.In continuation to the above letter we are pleased to inform you that the Honble High Court of Delhi has passed a judgment dated 13.08.2025 in favor of the Company whereby the impugned action of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) directing forfeiture of the bid security amounting to ?5435000/- has been quashed and set aside.
