Pursuant to regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we want to inform you that the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) Mumbai Zonal Unit has issued an arrest memo dated 11th December 2025 in respect of Mr. Ankit Mehta Chairman and Managing Director of Chemkart India Limited in connection with an investigation relating to import transactions of the company under the Customs Act 1962.
