Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025 approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 5th February 2026. A copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company in respect of the said results is also enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 15.00 P.M. and concluded at 16.30 P.M.

Cochin Malabar Estates & Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve amongst other business the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
