With reference to the above cited subject this is to inform you that Mr. Srinivasa Rao Kakkera Chief Financial Officer of the Company is designated as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 31.01.2024 for filing casual vacancy arise due to resignation of Compliance Officer of the Company. This is a temporary arrangement for smooth running of Company and once suitable candidate shortlisted same will be appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.
