In continuation of our announcement dated 29.07.2025 we wish to inform you that the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday September 10 2025 to Tuesday September 16 2024 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company and for determining the shareholders who would be entitled for the payment of dividend if declared at the 19th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 16 2025.Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has fixed Tuesday September 09 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the aforesaid dividend for the financial year ended March 31 2025 if approved by the members.
