The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 31st July 2023 has inter-alia considered and approved the following businesses:1. Proposed acquisition of 51% of the aggregate paid-up share capital of each of Guideline Travels Holidays India Private Limited Dook Travels Private Limited and Tripshope Travel Technologies Private LimitedProposed preferential issue of the Company
