Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report the trading by Designated persons Immediate Relatives of Designated persons and other insiders it is hereby informed that in view of finalisation of accounts for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors / Promoters/ Designated persons and /or any other person having contractual or fiduaciary relationship wit the company w.e.f. 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial result of the company for the quarter ended 31.12.2025
