The Company has fixed Tuesday September 2 2025 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members of the Company for payment of Final Dividend and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company would be closed from Wednesday September 3 2025 up to Tuesday September 9 2025 (both days inclusive).
