Pursuant to provision of Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company we wish to inform you that trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July 2025 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein inter-alia the approval of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30 2025 would be considered by the Board.
