Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) the Board of Directors of the Company (Board) at its meeting held today on August 4 2025 as approved the appointment of Mr. Hemant Khurana (DIN: 08652827) as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Office of the Company for a term of 3 (three) consecutive years form 13th September 2025 to 12th September 2028. The Appointment of Mr. Hemant Khurana as the Managing Director & CEO will be subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Further Mr. Hemant Khurana will join the Company as President in Senior Management Position w.e.f. 6th September 2025 to ensure a smooth transition with Mr. Rajesh Joshi current MD & CEO.
