Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for PIT the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday 1st January 2026 onwards upto 3 days after the conclusion of Board Meeting which will be held for consideration and approval of Unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter ending 31st December 2025.
