Flawless Diamond (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received an intimation from the Office of the Official Liquidator High Court, Mumbai stating that the Official Liquidator attached to the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has been appointed as Liquidator of the Company with usual powers pursuant to the Companies Act, 1956.
