This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Friday May 30 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended on March 31 2025.The Board Meeting Commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:00 p.m.In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith a copy of the said Audited Financial Results along with a copy of Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and Year ended on March 31 2025.Kindly take the same on record.
