Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 19th August 2022 has approved appointment of M/s. A.R. Gupta & Co. as Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
