This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Saturday 31st January 2026 to inter-alia consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and to consider payment of Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.For the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend if so approved by the Board the Record Date will be Thursday 05th February 2026.
