In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR 2015 we wish to inform that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with M/s K2 Cranes & Components Private Limited on 28 Jan 2026. This MoU was signed for the design development and Manufacturing of Marine defence and shipyard cranes and associated equipment. In this regard a copy of Press Release is enclosed.
