We would like to inform that the Statutory Auditors of the Company M S K A & Associates Chartered Accountants have informed the Company that the Firm has converted itself into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 and is now known as M S K A & Associates LLP Chartered Accountants.

The Nomination Remuneration Committee by means of a resolution passed by Circulation on January 13 2026 has considered and approved the allotment of 20165 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees of the Company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme -2020.
