GOCL Corporation Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited (HNPCL) into GOCL Corporation Limited (GOCL) and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act and the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations.
