Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations we would like to inform all our stakeholders that HFCL Poland Sp z.o.o. a step-down subsidiary of the Company situated in Poland has been voluntarily liquidated and its name has been removed from National Court Register w.e.f. January 02 2026.The Company received the intimation of the aforesaid liquidation on January 12 2026.This subsidiary did not have any business activity therefore its liquidation will not have any financial impact on the business of the Company.The details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 are mentioned in the Annexure -1.
