Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations please find attached the disclosure of penalty levied on outstanding property taxes as reflected in the property tax bill for the year 2025-26 received along with the Special Notice from Brihanmumbai Muncipal Corporation (BMC) in respect of plot of land at Vile Parle.
