Intimation Of Restart Directions Received From MPCB - Disclosure Of Events Or Information Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations2015 we hereby inform you that the company has received restart directions (Ref. No. MPCB/Restart/2601140001 dated 14th January 2026) from the Regional Officer Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) Kalyan District Thane permitting the restart of production activities at the Manufacturing unit situated at Plot No. 128 Chikhloli MIDC Ambernath Thane.
