Public Issue of 1,34,75,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at an issue price of Rs. 70 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 94.33 crores (hereinafter referred to as 'the issue'). The issue comprises 6,12,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 4.29 crores reserved for employees of the Company and net issue to public of 1,28,62,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 90.04 crores. The issue would constitute 27.51 % of the post issue paid up capital of the Company.Issue price: Rs. 70 per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The issue price would be 7 times of the face value.
