Public Issue of * Equity shares (issue) of Rs 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs * per Equity Share aggregating to Rs 5.58 Cr.The Issue consists of Book Building portion of Rs 4.19 and a Fixed Portion of Rs 1.39.The Book Built Portion is for 75% of the total issue size of which 60% of the issue size shall be allotted to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) on discretionary basis and the remaining 15 % shall be available to non- institutional investors on proportionate basi s. The Fixed Price Portion is for 25% of the total issue size.
