Initial public offer of up to 13,34,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the Equity Shares) of Novavente Limited (the Company or Novavente or the Issuer) at an issue price of Rs. Working capital requirements. Investment in software: for acquiring of the usage right of Sales Mind platform from thought minds for providing services to end users. Expansion of business - for development of the sales school as an online technology sales training and career program platform. Funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and other strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes.
