Public issue of 36,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.350/- per equity share (including premium) aggregating to Rs.126.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the issue) by Zylog Systems Limited (Zylogor company). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of 35,00,000 equity shares (the net issue) and a reservation of 1,00,000 equity shares for subscription by employees (as defined herein) (the employee reservation portion), at the issue price. The issue less the employee reservation portion is referred to as the 'net issue'. The issue will constitute 21.89% and the net issue will constitute 21.28% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up equity capital of the company.Issue Price is Rs.350/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10The issue price is 35 times the face value

To set up two Offshore Development Centres (ODCs). To Fund Acquistion(s) / Strategic Investments. To Meet the increasing Working Capital requirement.
