Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 disclosure is given that Shri Manoj Gaur Non Executive Chairman of the Company has been arrested by ED under some provisions of PMLA 2002 in respect of offence not related to the Company but related to Jaypee Infratech Ltd acquired By Suraksha Reality Ltd under IBC vide order dated 7.3.2023 and Jaiprakash Associates Limited which is undergoing CIRP Process since 3.6.2024.
