JM Financial Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates as follows:Pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board, JM Financial Limited (the Company ) has today entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ( SPA ) with Aparna Aiyar Family Trust ( AAFT ) and has acquired 38,955 equity shares, representing 1.38% of the equity share capital of JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited ( JMFCSL ). The required disclosure in this regard, is enclosed and marked as Annexure A hereto.In continuation of our earlier letters (copies enclosed for your ready reference), we wish to inform you that the Company has also acquired 1,68,791 equity shares, representing 5.97% of the equity share capital of JMFCSL, from INH Mauritius 1. Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisitions, the shareholding of the Company in JMFCSL stands at 97.02%.
