Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI ( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements ) regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that Jungle Camps India Limited the company has filled a First Information Report ( FIR) on 26th December 2025 with Police Station Bamitha District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh. The complaint has been filled against the sellers of a land parcel at Village Shivrajpur District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh for alleged cheating criminal breach of trust and concealment of material facts regarding the title and litigation status of the said land which was purchased by the Company for business expansion. The Company has initiated the said legal proceedings to protect its interest and recover the consideration amount paid. The Company is also exploring all other legal remedies available to safeguards the interests of its shareholders.
