Pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) and 47(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time please find enclosed herewith the newspaper advertisement for the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2025 published in Active Times (English newspaper) and Mumbai Mitra (Marathi newspaper) on 04th November 2025.

This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 03rd November 2025 considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors thereon for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. Enclosed herewith is a copy of the same.The said meeting commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:05 p.m.

Kindly note that Regulations 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 regarding filing of Related Party Transaction is not applicable in the case of our company for the half year ended 30th September 2025 since the Paid -up Equity Share Capital of the Company is less than Rs. 10 crores and Net worth is than Rs. 25 crores respectively as on the last day of the previous Financial Year ended on 31st March 2025.In case of our Company the paid-up Equity Share Capital is Rs. 1 crore and Negative (-) Net Worth is Rs. 3.15 crores respectively as on the Last day of the previous Financial Year ended on 31st March 2025.

This is to inform that the statement of deviation and variation for proceeds of public issue rights issue preferential issue Qualified Institutions Placement etc. required to be submitted in terms of Regulations 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated 24th December 2019 is not applicable to the Company.
