With reference to above it is hereby informed that the Unaudited results for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2025 were adopted approved and taken on record at the meeting of the board of director of the company held on Friday 6th February 2026 at the corporate office of the company at 1st floor deshna chamber N/H kadva patidar wadi ashram road Ahmedabad.

It is hereby informed that a Board Meeting of our Company was held on 06th February 2026 i.e.Friday from 12.00 pm to 01:45 pm at the Registered Office of the Company and resolutionsrelated to following agenda were passed:Adoption of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and nine month 31th December 2025pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement)Regulations 2015.

KZ Leasing & Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we are pleased to inform you that we are holding a Board Meeting of our Company on 6th February 2026 Friday at 11.00 am for consideration of Unaudited results for the quarter ended on 31th December 2025.

As per provision of regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 please find attached herewith the confirmation certificate as received by the register and share transfer agent for the quarter 31st December 2025.

This is ti inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended and company code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insdier in sync with the clarification issued by bombay stock exchanfe vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/19-20 dated april 2019 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain close for all directors/ connected/designated persons and their immediate relatives withh effect from 1st january 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of un audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 31st december 2025.
