Kinetic Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.<BR><BR>2. Modify the rights attached to the 4,80,000 A Equity Shares.<BR><BR>3. Approve revision in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Kinetic Motor Company Limited with the Company.
