Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Mr. Laxmi Narayan Mandhana has resigned from the service of the Company due to certain personal reasons and he has been relieved from the services and responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours on 4th February 2025. The Company appreciates the contribution made by him and wishes success in his future endeavors.
