In terms of regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the company has published the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025 in Vishwavani (kannad) edition dated sunday 16th November 2025 and in Financial Express (english Edition) dated Sunday 16th November 2025

In this regard we hereby intimate that the Board in its Meeting held today i.e. 14th November 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company 508 Golf Manor NAL Wind Tunnel Road Murugesh Palya Bangalore-560017 Karnatak which commenced at 15:30 and concluded at 16:30 have considered and approved the followings:1. The Board has approved and taken on record the unaudited Financial Results made in IND AS Format for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.Further financial is to be published in newspaper.
