Pursuant to Regulation30(6) read with Schedule III Part A Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that according to Section 148 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules 2014 and the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules 2014 M/s R C K & Co. Cost Auditors Pune are appointed as Cost Auditors of the Company for the year 2025-2026 at such remuneration as may be mutually agreed between the Cost Auditor and the Managing Director of the Company remuneration being subject to ratification by Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
