This is to inform you that the Trading Window Closure Period of the Company will be from Thursday the 01st January 2026 to Sunday the 15th February 2026 (Both days inclusive) ie. from the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 till 48 hours on declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 13th February 2026. The Trading Window shall open for Trading from 16th February 2026.
