Last Mile Enterprises Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/06/2025 inter alia to consider and approve This is in connection with our previous intimation dated 22.05.2025 informing regarding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 30.05.2025 at the registered office of the Company inter-alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated auditedfinancial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 and to take note of the report of the Auditors on the same and other matters.We hereby inform that the said meeting has been postponed due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances and re-scheduled to be convened on Saturday 7th June 2025.As per our previous intimations dated 27.03.2025 and 22.05.2025 the Trading Window for all designated persons as under Insider Trading Policy of the Company is closed from April 012025 and will be closed until 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
