Markobenz Ventures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/MadamThis is further to the Board of Directors meeting held on 05th September 2024 wherein the Board authorized a Rights Issue aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs. 49 Crores (Rupees Forty-Nine Crores Only). and approved the Draft Letter of Offer in accordance with the Companies Act 2013 the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 (as amended) and other applicable laws.In this regard we wish to inform you that the company has received In-principle approval from BSE Ltd. for Right Issue a meeting of the Board of Directors and the Rights Issue Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on 22nd May 2025 to consider discuss and decide upon the Record Date for Right Issue terms and conditions and other related matters concerning the Rights Issue of Equity Shares.
