Considered and approved the re-appointment and remuneration of Mr. Sandeep Jairath (DIN: 05300460) as a Whole Time Director cum Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a period of three consecutive years commencing from May 25 2026 to May 24 2029 on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing annual general meeting. In compliance with SEBI Order dated June 14 2018 to the Stock Exchange and further BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20 2018 this is to confirm that Mr. Sandeep Jairath (DIN: 05300460) has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
