Receipt of export order for Lab Grown Polished Diamonds amounting to USD 1.85 million

In compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing herewith a copy of the certificate received from Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent of the Company dated January 01 2026 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as amended from time to time we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday January 1 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial (Standalone and Consolidated) Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.
