NBCC (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday February 18 2026 inter alia to: i. Consider and declare 3rd Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders for the Financial Year 2025-26 if any. The Company has fixed Wednesday February 25 2026 as the record date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the interim dividend (if declared any). The interim dividend would be paid within the period as stipulated in the Companies Act 2013Further the Company has already closed its Trading Window under NBCC-Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report trading by Insiders from January 01 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of interim dividend.
