Board Meeting Intimation for Fund Raising And Perusal Of GID And KID.

NHPC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for perusal of GID and KID for raising of funds through issue of Unsecured Redeemable Taxable Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Bonds up to Rs.2000 crore in one or more tranche through private placement as part of the borrowing plan for FY 2025-26.
