NTPC Green Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Meeting of the Board of Directors to consider Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 will be held on Saturday 25 January 2025 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee.
