I hereby intimate that the Liquidation process has been initiated in respect of Innoventive Industries Limited (the Company) under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (Code) by an order of Honorable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) with effect from December 8 2017.<BR> <BR> As per the Order of the Honorable NCLT I Dhinal Shah (IBBI Reg. No: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00073/2017-18/10190) have been appointed as the Liquidator of the Company with effect from December 8 2017<BR>
