We enclose herewith copies of the newspaper advertisement in connection with Notice to the shareholders of the Company whose shares are due for transfer to IEPF Authority. The aforesaid advertisement was published in an English language newspaper (i.e. Business Standard) and regional language newspaper (i.e. Pratidin) on 20th November 2025.
