This is to inform you that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons in securities of the Company the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons (including their immediate relative(s) and any other persons for whom they take trading decision) from 1st January 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
